22win processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically within 5–30 minutes. Larger withdrawal amounts may require identity verification (KYC) in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
22win provides deposit limits, session timers, loss caps, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Use of these tools is strongly encouraged. To register an Account on the 22win Platform, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the 22win Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 22win reserves the right to:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 22win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify 22win's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
22win may at any time, and must in certain circumstances, require you to verify your identity by submitting copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
22win accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 22win's discretion.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 22win wallet balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 to 60 minutes to reflect, subject to banking system processing times.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may be set by 22win or by your chosen payment provider. If you wish to make deposits above standard limits, contact 22win support to discuss higher-limit arrangements available to eligible VIP members.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 22win Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding of 22win accounts is strictly prohibited.
Only Real Money Funds (as defined in Section 1) that are not subject to an active Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and associated winnings may only be withdrawn once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
22win targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests, subject to KYC and security review completion:
Withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 per day, or any request that triggers 22win's automated risk review, may be subject to enhanced identity verification. Requested documentation must be submitted within 72 hours. Failure to provide documentation may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used to make a deposit to your Account, or to a verified bank account in your name. 22win will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties.
22win reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or a violation of any applicable regulation. In such cases, 22win will notify the Player and may refer the matter to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback credits, and other promotional offers issued by 22win are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as published on the 22win promotions page, in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds issued by 22win are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is activated. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible game categories are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying Bonus Fund Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may each carry distinct contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are set out in that promotion's terms.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account. 22win will not reinstate expired bonus allocations except in exceptional circumstances at management's sole discretion.
22win reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus conditions, or placing bets that hedge across outcomes in a manner designed to guarantee a risk-free return from bonus funds.
All 22win casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are conducted using physical cards and equipment in controlled studio environments with real-time video streaming. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified game engine or the physical live game process and cannot be influenced by 22win or any Player.
In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, 22win's server-side records shall determine the valid state of the game at the point of failure. Where a round cannot be definitively concluded from server records, 22win reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any stake placed. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all 22win game products.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and game variant. Current bet limits are displayed within each game's interface. 22win reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice. VIP members may apply for enhanced bet limits by contacting their account manager.
All sports betting markets offered by 22win are governed by the individual sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or void, applicable rules specific to the market and sport shall apply. Incorrectly priced markets may be voided by 22win at its discretion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 22win's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your 22win Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closing your Account, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any active withdrawal holds.
22win reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account with or without prior notice where:
Upon Account termination, all active bonuses and Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited. Remaining Real Money Funds will be returned subject to Section 13.2 conditions and any applicable regulatory hold obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and 22win, you agree to first contact 22win's support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
